The Helsinki Warriors have had several matches in the last three weeks so we decided to update you on the results of these matches.
On the 10th of June the ladies team played a tournament at the Helsinki Velodrome. The newly founded team defied the odds by putting up a great fight against more seasoned players. They unfortunately narrowly lost the first match against Seinäjoki United with the match scoreline reading 1-0 in favor of Seinäjoki United.
The second match against ABC yielded more positive results with the Warriors ladies edging ABC by 2-1. Both goals were scored by the Captain Lizelle Masson assisted by Marjolien Rivers.
